To note: The Boring Fund helps small non-profit organisations cover a bit of the boring costs that keep them running. Boring but essential things like insurance, web hosting, admin time: the stuff that’s always so hard to find funding for. ​​Annual turnover must be under £150,000

Who: CIPD Trust - HRPCT Bursary
How much: Funding towards tuition fees for CIPD Level 3 Foundation in People Practice qualification, and CIPD student membership
To note: HR, People & Culture, Talent/Recruitment, L&D professionals (including generalists and sole HR practitioners) and Operations managers employed in small UK charitable organisations.

Who: Cash4Clubs
How much: Up to £2,000
To Note:A total of £500,000 is being made available to 250 community sports clubs in UK and Ireland through this fund, amid concerns that more than two in five clubs are cancelling services due to a lack of funding. It is being launched by betting firm Flutter UK & Ireland and promotion of this grassroots sports funding is being fronted by former England footballers Alan Shearer and Peter Crouch.

Who: National Lottery Awards for All England - Environment
How much: £300 - £20,000 for up to two years
To note: Funding supports community-led projects that improve the environment and help people connect with nature locally. This includes new or ongoing activities, one-off events, and initiatives that tackle environmental challenges and foster local engagement with nature.

Who: National Lottery Community Fund - Climate Action Fund
How much: £500,000 - no maximum
To note: Supports partnership-led projects across the UK that tackle climate change and promote long-term, sustainable action. Funding prioritises initiatives that engage new audiences—especially those facing poverty, discrimination, or disadvantage—and link climate action to everyday life. Projects must show potential for lasting impact, be scalable or replicable, and involve diverse partners, not just climate-focused organisations.

Who: The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust - Hidden Voices Programme
How much: Between £3,000 and £25,000
To note: The Hidden Voices Programme will award grants of up to £25,000 to enable accessible, bespoke mental health and wellbeing support for those with seldom heard needs in the armed forces community

Who: Point North
How much: Up to £25,000
To note: This funder has launched two strands to its Public Health Thriving Together Fund, which supports good health and wellbeing in County Durham. The first offers small grants of between £2,000 and £5,000, while the second offers large grants of between £5,000 and £25,000.

Scotland

Who: Get Active Scotland fund
How much: Up to £5,000
To note: For the highlands and Glasgow. Constituted community clubs, groups and organisations based within the Highland Council or Glasgow City Council area are eligible to apply for funding if they deliver sport and physical activity opportunities.

Who: Halsary Windfarm Community Benefit Fund
How much: Up to £10,000
To note: For groups operating in the Halkirk District Community Council. Projects must meet one of the following purposes: community facilities; skills and employment; community or local events; sport and recreation; environmental improvements; youth and education; heritage; net zero / emissions reduction initiatives; and/or such other purpose as has first been approved in writing by ScottishPower; Renewables
