Charities are being urged to apply for £3m in green funding from the Co-op Foundation and retailer the Co-op.
Funding for the Carbon Innovation Fund will come from the Foundation's coffers as well as donations raised from the sale of compostable carrier bags at Co-op stores.
Grants of between £75,000 and £100,000 are being made available to around 10 projects in the first year of the three-year Fund.
Charities, social enterprises, co-operatives as we well as local councils, regional and national governments are eligible for the funding.
Being funded is projects that tackle greenhouse gas emissions related to farming, food production, community projects and that support diversity and resilience in food and farming sector.
Projects that encourage a change of behaviour among consumers and producers of food are also eligible.

Applications launched this week (22 November) and close at 12pm on Friday 10 December.
