The Social Change Lab goes beyond making a simple financial donation – we want to do something that will have a longer lasting impact by helping organizations to develop the skills, knowledge and strategies that will ensure their future.

"By applying the minds of committed and passionate ThoughtWorks teams to the specific and unique challenges an individual not-for-profit faces, we hope to create a lasting impact on some amazing organisations. This is about listening, not telling, understanding the complexities of the problems an organization might face - and offering intelligent, thought-through and effective solutions, rather than off-the-shelf proposals that may not work."
