Childhood abuse charity links up with fashion brand

The National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC) has linked up with online fashion retailer I Saw It First for a fundraising and awareness raising campaign.

The charity that support victims of abuse is to work with I Saw It First on a t-shirt range as well as develop a Survivor Booklet, to help young survivors of abuse. The booklet is free to downland, while the t-shirts are on sale at £10 with all profits going to the charity.

In addition, I Saw It First will provide customers with the chance to donate £1 to the charity at check out.

The t-shirts include the slogan Take Control of Your Story along with the charity’s logo.

“I am thrilled that I Saw It First are supporting NAPAC with such lovely products that help to increase brand awareness for the charity and the work we carry out,” said NPAC chief executive Gabrielle Shaw.

“The funds raised from the campaign will help towards free support services and resources nationwide for all adult survivors of abuse in childhood.”

I Saw It First brand director Leanne Holmes added: “As a brand we’re always delighted to work alongside and support charities. It’s highly important to not only educate ourselves but our customers and to help raise awareness through our products."
