Linkage supports hundreds of adults with Learning Difficulties across Lincolnshire and beyond every week through services including Community and Residential Care, Day Services, a multi-site specialist college, supported employment opportunities and much more.

The new role of Head of Fundraising and Communications is required to lead, develop and grow the fundraising and communications strategy, developing income streams that support the opportunities and choice we deliver for our clients and learners.
We are looking for a proactive results-driven individual with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and the confidence and ability to drive the strategy forward.

You will have strong experience of inspiring and leading teams and direct experience of community and events fundraising, successfully writing large grant applications, and in developing and leading teams to reach ambitious targets and KPIs.

You must also be an innovator with the energy and enthusiasm to bring and drive through strong ideas about how to hit fundraising targets in the current fundraising climate.

Contract:

You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 36.25hrs per week.

Salary: Circa. £36,000

Location: Flexible to work across the Linkage sites to suit candidate, locations include Spilsby, Grimsby and Lincoln.
