A pivotal member of the executive team and advisor to the CEO, the CFO will have overall responsibility for strategic oversight of the finance function across the Trust. This will include:-

• strategic oversight of budget setting, capital planning and financial controls.
• providing advice and guidance to the CEO and Trust Board on all aspects of non-academic operations.
• providing advice and guidance to the Board of Directors on governance processes.
• supporting the CEO and Board in developing the Strategic Plan, with particular focus on finance, HR, estate management and IT.
