Prince William to speak at regulator’s annual meeting

Prince William is due to speak at the Charity Commission’s annual public meeting at the end of the month.

The meeting, which will be held at the Royal Institution in London on 23 January, will be chaired by the Commission’s chairman, William Shawcross before Prince William delivers a keynote speech.

Attendees will also hear from the regulator’s new chief executive Helen Stephenson about the Commission’s work over the last year and plans for the coming months. There will also be the opportunity to ask Stephenson questions.

Prince William's attendance at the meeting follows Prime Minister Theresa May, who was the keynote speaker last year.

To register your interest in attending, e-mail publicmeetings@charitycommission.gsi.gov.uk, including your name and the organisation you are representative of.
