Charities must communicate impact

The Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) has conducted research that donors wish to hear more about the people the charity helps and the impact it has had.

The research highlights the need to communicate and ‘tell the stories’ of the people or causes that their donation has helped and what has happened. CAF has submitted this research to the Commission on the Donor Experience, and the results can be accessed here.
