CFDG unveiled a prototype for their new and improved website at their Annual Conference. The prototype was made available for participants to try.
Michael Dykes, CFDG's Membership and Information Manager, said: "We recognise the importance of the web as a way to reach our members, and have designed the new website to improve audience engagement and to provide better service to our members."
Utilising social media techniques, the new website will be more interactive and facilitate online networking.
The website will be user-friendly and have a special CFDG members only area, where members can access important resources. CFDG hope to launch their new website by the summer.
Riza Kaya, CFDG's Website and Information Officer, said: "We were very excited to test our new website out on our key audience - our members. This is the product of a whole year's work and we welcomed the feedback we received on its user friendliness and impact."
The conference was held on 18 May at the QEII centre in London and was sponsored by Grant Thornton and PS Financials.
