Speaker Profile: Gemma Rawlins

Gemma is an experienced innovation leader, with a passion for strategy and new product development. She currently heads up the Fundraising Innovation team at Marie Curie, where she spends her time finding new ways to generate income and engage supporters to bring them closer to Marie Curie’s cause.

Gemma is also passionate about coaching high performing innovation teams to reach their potential, helping them to adopt a mix of agile and product principles to test, learn and bring great new ideas to market.

Previously Gemma has established and managed innovation at Age UK, VSO and Plan International where she’s delivered new products, ambitious new fundraising strategies as well as helping teams get to grips with how to apply audience insight to improve and optimize their products.
