Chair Profile: Srabani Sen OBE

Following a long leadership career, including three CEO positions, four Board Chair roles and thirty years’ Board service, Srabani founded Full Colour to help C-suite leaders develop practical approaches to leadership and culture change, with inclusion at their heart. Full Colour serves companies as diverse as The Crown Estate, the Nightingale Hospital London Transport Museum and Rewilding Britain. Srabani also runs a free network for career women of colour called ‘Together We Rise’. Srabani is launching the Next Level Leadership Programme specifically for women of colour to equip them to counter systemic barriers to their rise into leadership. A regular speaker at conferences and on podcasts, Srabani is a columnist for Charity Times magazine and regularly writes for Management Today. Over thirty years she has contributed to efforts to address child poverty and disadvantage in the UK. Srabani was awarded an OBE for her work with children and families.
