The
issue of charitable status is the main focus of an upcoming charity workshop
run by leading city law firm Stone King.
Titled "Who's Afraid Of Losing Charitable Status?", the session
will concentrate on issues arising out of the Stratgey Unit Report, as well
as the Charity Commission's powers to remove charitable status, and case
studies.
It will be hosted by Robert Meakin, a partner in the firm, and is free of
