FORUM PLANNED FOR MAJOR CHARITY MARKETING EVENT |

A
major cause-related marketing event has added a follow-up date in March
due to unprecedented demand for the original show.
Places for Cause Related Marketing - A Development Forum on February 24
are now sold out, so the Cause Related Marketing Campaign is running a second
forum on March 2.
The follow-up event will begin with the first breakfast Cause Related Marketing
Masterclass of 2004, called Building the Business Case. The class is the
first in a series of five, and will cover a range of hot topics.
Chaired by Colin Buckingham, the chief executive of Research International,
it will look at how the business case forms the fundamental basis for cause-related
marketing activity.
Being able to formulate such a case, backed up with accurate evidence from
research facts and figures is an essential skill for any business, charity
or agency looking to develop a programme, or build a long-term plan for
a current strategy.
The masterclass is suitable for everybody who has been inspired, or has
an interest in, cause-related marketing, especially those looking to take
their programmes one step further.
The Development Forum day then continues with presentations, case studies,
group exercises and "therapy" sessions to help you identify appropriate
partners, create and respond to a brief and work through any specific queries.
The cost of the day is £149+VAT for businesses and £99+VAT for charities.
Individuals can also attend the masterclass only for £60+VAT (total £70.50).
