DOUBLE EVENT TO TACKLE IMPORTANCE OF RETAINING MEMBERSHIP 27/01/04

A leading provider of membership solutions for charities is holding two free seminars at the Institute of Quality Assurance in London on Thursday March 4.

The Computer Software Group (CSG) seminars are aimed at organisations such as trade associations, unions, federations and NGOs, and will tackle membership relationship management.

The first seminar, entitled "Mind the Gap", will show how a high level of integration between back office systems and web publishing tools make it easy for groups to develop and enhance online services with registration and updates, events booking, surveys and results, special interest groups, directories and document downloads.

The second seminar in the afternoon will cover the importance of producing a "Value Statement" for both individuals and corporate members so as to clearly demonstrate what services are provided to members to justify their fees.

The Value Statement provides a detailed history of all the contacts and activities each member has had, such as website visits, directory use, document downloads, products purchased and the services used.

Entrance is free, with registration in advance by contacting David Brown on 020 8241 4443, email david.brown@computersoftware.com or register online at http://www.membernet.org/seminars/events.
