Third sector recruitment consultancy, The Charity People, has launched a
guide for those considering seeking employment in the not-for-profit sector.
The guide outlines key points when considering a change in career or starting
out in a first role, and lays out the expectations of third sector employers.
It also suggests that for applicants to be successful, they should first
identify their reasons for wanting to enter the sector and then leverage
the skills they posses against the role they are seeking.
