New Guide produced for social entrepreneurs 23/01/06
 
Law firm, Linklaters, has produced a report identifying obstacles to social entrepreneurship and the means by which to overcome them.

The report, Fostering Social Entrepreneurship, focuses on the legal, regulatory and taxation issues hindering social entrepreneurship in the UK, US, Poland, Germany, India and Brazil.

It also provides information on overcoming these issues, including ways of improving access to finance, tools to deal with the effects of bureaucracy and regulation, and considerations of tax exemptions and subsidies for social entrepreneurs.
