Carnegie UK Trust has launched an inquiry to explore the threats
to, and opportunities for, the development of a healthy civil
society in the UK and Ireland.
The inquiry aims to identify the ways in which policy and
practice can be improved so that civil society associations
are better prepared for the future.
To inform the project, the Trust is calling on charities
