Pricing in Proportion almost here 15/08/06
 
The Royal Mail has launched the UK’s largest mail-out in history, providing information to every address in the country on its new pricing system which comes into effect on 21 August.

The Royal Mail said it was rolling out a £10 million marketing and advertising campaign in an attempt to ensure awareness of the new system before its launch. Called Pricing in Proportion (PiP), the new system takes account of size and thickness of posted items as well as weight.
