charity database GuideStar has launched a subscription-based
legal intelligence service to provide comprehensive charity
information for lawyers, in light of the Charities and Companies
Acts 2006.
The service will allow lawyers to carry out a range of
new checks, which includes coverage of compliance and financial
information. It will also provide access to charitable objects,
governing documents, organisational policies and names of
trustees.
