ACEVO has announced Southern Derbyshire Voluntary Sector
Mental Health Forum as the winner of ACEVO’s Full
Cost Recovery Awards.
To mark the end of ACEVO’s three year project, Full
Cost Recovery, and the launch of ACEVO’s new package,
Full Cost Solutions, ACEVO are awarding cash prizes to three
infrastructure organisations who have used their training
most innovatively.
SDVSMHF are announced in first place, Project North East
in second and Eastbourne Association of Voluntary Services
in third.
The awards were judged by ACEVO’s FCR Steering Group
and the prize fund was donated by skillsforce.
The contestants were judged on the scale of which infrastructure
bodies had cascaded the training down to front line organisations
and how innovatively they did so.
SDVSMHF were found to have tailored the training extremely
effectively, catering for the regional and sub sector’s
needs.
FCR, funded by the Big Lottery Fund, has resulted in 15,000
front line third sector organisations being trained in the
principles and methodology of Full Cost Recovery.
