ACEVO has welcomed Tessa Jowell’s appointment to the Cabinet, as Minister for the Cabinet Office

"We also welcome Gordon Brown's emphasis on public service reform, and on tailoring services to individuals. This is a very important area for us, hence our establishment of a Commission on the personalisation of public services. We must now see progress on this reform."
