Remember A Charity is currently recruiting a new campaign
director, to provide leadership to take the campaign into
a new phase.
This involves giving more support to consortium members
and building relationships with key partners and influencers.
The new director will also identify new income streams
and increase awareness for the campaign.
The campaign has established a sound platform of awareness
and influence. In 2008, a new phase of the Campaign adopted
a social marketing approach to drive behaviour change.
This led to one of the most comprehensive research projects
ever undertaken in the UK on legacies and identified the
insights that have led to a new campaign, including TV,
press and radio.
This is supported by a new PR strategy, an awareness week
and a new range of interventions designed to make gifts
in wills the norm.
The campaign is working to influence professional advisers
and key areas for further development are building a partnerships
strategy, in Government lobbying and campaigning.
In order to deliver the new campaign strategy, the director
will have the support of three managers providing dedicated
resource to the three main focuses of campaign activity
- partnerships, membership and marketing.
