Inspire is a registered charity that was established in 1988. The organisation aims to offer opportunities for an excellent quality of life to people with learning disabilities in North East Scotland. inspire currently provides the following services: residential services, day services, support to people in their own homes, respite care, Same as You Local Link, ‘Moving On’ to independent living, independent travel training and youth activity schemes. In total inspire directly supports around 600 men, women and children with learning disabilities and is recognised by the Care Commission for quality and consistency of services as well as being an Investors in People award holder.
