Beatbullying |
| Founded
in 1999 and registered as a charity in 2002, Beatbullying
empowers young people to lead anti-bullying campaigns
in their schools and local communities, and builds the
capacity of local communities to sustain the work. The
judges said that Beatbullying’s message has got
across with incredible force, and has been picked up by
government. Their campaigning activity is very impressive,
they are investing in their staff and volunteers, and
the whole execution smacks of quality. It was the total
package that won it – in every area of their work
they demonstrated quality, commitment and excellence. |
