Inspire aims to offer opportunities for an excellent quality of life to people with learning disabilities in North East Scotland, providing care which includes residential services, day services, support to people in their own homes, and respite care. The judges said that what leaped out was their real commitment to engaging users and stakeholders which was especially impressive given its growth into what is now a large organisation. It also put together what was a considered a particularly clear and well thought through application.
