Include in this details of all organisations involved, what they do, and who they serve.

This should include details of the overall aim of the project/partnership, activities and practices undertaken to meet objectives, and details of donated time, money, goods and expertise on behalf of the company and individual staff. In addition, this should explain how the partnership benefited the corporate partner, as well as the charity. Also please state the timeframe of the project/partnership.

This should include quantifiable details of positive effects on the partnership's intended beneficiaries.

This should include examples of best practice at various stages of the partnership from conception to execution. It can include innovation, planning, delivery, communication and mutual benefit between the partners involved.

This should include examples of the overall impact that the partnership has had. In this section evidence may be quantitative, qualitative, or a mixture of both.
