This should include how long they have been principal, what their role entails, and how they are viewed by others in the organisation.

its work.

This should include specific examples of how their outstanding leadership and management skills have been used to the organisation’s advantage.




4. Please provide evidence of how the principal has used their personal skills and qualities to the benefit of the trustees, employees and stakeholders.
This can contain examples of communication and interpersonal skills, overcoming difficulties and commitment to the organisation and its aims.

This should include how the principal's professional attributes have been used to the organisation's advantage. This can include schemes and policies introduced, effective interaction with the board, organisational development and overall best practice in leadership and management.




6. In 500 words of less, why do you think the principal deserves to win this award?
Please detail the overall excellence in leadership that the principal has displayed. In this section evidence may be quantitative, qualitative, or a mixture of both.
