1. In 100 words or less, please provide a summary of your organisation and what it does.
Include in this when your organisation was founded, who it serves and how.




2. Please give an outline of your team's objectives for its campaign(s).
This should include the purpose of the campaign(s), and the process for deciding how the campaign(s) would be implemented. It should also outline the timeframe from conception to launch, and explain how you developed the idea for the campaign(s).






3. Please provide evidence of how these objectives have been met. What impact has the meeting of these objectives had?
This should include information on the impact and results of the campaign(s), compared to the cost of running them in terms of both money and time.




4. Please provide evidence of excellence.
This will include any factors which make the campaign(s) an example of best practice, and should highlight innovation, excellence in execution and effective communication (for example new media used).





 
5. In 500 words of less, why do you think your team deserves to win this award?
This should include details of the overall impact that the campaign(s) has had. In this section evidence may be quantitative, qualitative, or a mixture of both.
