This should include the purpose of using this particular technology, which can include increasing effectiveness of internal communication, improving assistance to end users, providing information, fundraising, record keeping etc. Also detail how the particular technology was chosen.






3. Please provide evidence of how these objectives have been met. What impact has the meeting of these objectives had?
This should include detail of the effectiveness of the technology, the timescale involved from conception to implementation, and the overall cost - this can be as a measure of ROI or similar.




4. Please supply evidence of excellence.
This should outline what makes this project an example of best practice in the use of technology. Please provide examples of excellence in innovation and execution in the overall project and the technology itself.





 
5. In 500 words of less, why do you think your project deserves to win this award?
This should include details of the overall impact that this project has had. In this section evidence may be quantitative, qualitative or a mixture of both.
